1. The 2-hour window
You can cancel any order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot for a full refund. The 2-hour window is when our florists actually start tying the arrangement — once a bouquet is half-tied, we can't put the stems back.
2. Inside the 2-hour window
- We can usually reschedule to a later slot the same day, or any day in the next seven, at no charge.
- We can change the recipient or address if the rider hasn't left the studio yet.
- We can't cancel and refund — the flowers are already cut, tied and packed.
3. Midnight deliveries
Midnight slots (11:30 PM – 12:30 AM) carry a +₹149 charge and must be cancelled by 6:00 PM the same day. After 6 PM the rider is already paid and en route to the studio.
4. Customised & personalised orders
Hampers with custom messages, photo cakes, and personalised gift items can be cancelled up to 4 hours before dispatch. Personalised items can't be resold, so we need a slightly longer buffer.
5. How to cancel
- From your account: open the order and click "Cancel order".
- By WhatsApp: send your order number to our dispatch line.
- By email: contact us with your order number in the subject line.
6. Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation and reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI handler. For prepaid orders we refund to the original payment method; for COD orders we'll credit a coupon of equal value.
7. Cancellations by us
Rarely, we may have to cancel an order from our side — out-of-season flowers, a citywide bandh, or a flood. We'll call you within an hour, offer a same-day reschedule, and refund in full if you'd rather not wait. We're not liable for any consequential loss beyond the order value.
