1. Where we ship
Only inside Amritsar & Majha. That includes all 14 city wards of Amritsar (Hall Bazaar, Ranjit Avenue, Lawrence Road, Majitha Road, Mall Road, Cantt, Chheharta, Putlighar, Golden Temple, and the rest), plus the Majha belt — Tarn Taran, Jandiala Guru, Batala, Beas, Ajnala, Kathunangal. We don't ship beyond the region. It means we can actually deliver on every promise we make.
2. Delivery windows
- Same-day: place by 2:00 PM IST. Earliest slot starts 3 hours after order confirmation.
- Standard: pick any 2-hour slot between 09:00 and 20:00 on the day of your choice.
- Express (90-min): available in city wards within 5 km of the Hall Bazaar studio, +₹99.
- Midnight (11:30 PM – 12:30 AM): available citywide, +₹149.
- Fixed-time (15-min window): available citywide, +₹199.
3. Charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499 within city wards.
- ₹49 flat for orders below ₹499 inside the city.
- ₹99 to Majha towns (Tarn Taran, Batala, Beas).
- ₹149 to outer Majha (Jandiala Guru, Ajnala, Kathunangal).
4. Same-day cutoff details
Place by 2:00 PM and we'll dispatch the same day, every day of the week including Sundays and most public holidays. Vaisakhi day and Guru Nanak Jayanti are the two exceptions — we close the studio so our team can be with their families.
5. How we deliver
- Our own riders. Zero third-party courier. Our two-wheelers and the humans on them are on our payroll. They wear AmritFlora kurtas and carry an ID.
- WhatsApp updates. You'll get a dispatch photo when the bouquet leaves the studio, a "rider on route" ping when the rider is 15 min away, and a delivery confirmation when handover is complete.
- Hold time. Our rider holds at the door for ten minutes. If nobody answers, we call you to confirm whether to attempt again or hand over to a neighbour.
6. Recipient not available
If the recipient isn't reachable after a ten-minute hold and two phone calls, we'll return to the studio and attempt redelivery once more at no charge. A third attempt costs ₹99 to cover the rider's time.
7. Wrong address
If the address turns out to be wrong, we'll call you to clarify. Redelivery within the same ward is free; redelivery to a different ward carries the new ward's standard charge.
8. Bulk & corporate orders
For orders above 20 arrangements (weddings, jagrans, corporate gifting), write to us at least 48 hours ahead. We'll discuss bespoke wrap, sourcing, and a fixed dispatch window.
