1. What we collect
When you order from AmritFlora, we collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and recipient details. When you pay, the gateway handles your card and UPI details — we never see or store them.
2. Why we collect it
- To dispatch your order and call you (or the recipient) on the day of delivery.
- To send order confirmations, dispatch photos and delivery confirmations.
- To send the Tuesday Edit newsletter — only if you've opted in.
- To recommend reorder reminders for birthdays and anniversaries, with your permission.
3. Who we share it with
- Our payment gateway (CCAvenue / Razorpay) — for processing payments only.
- Our rider — name, phone and address of recipient, so they can hand over the order.
- Nobody else. We don't sell, rent or share customer data with marketers, brokers, or affiliates.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies to keep your cart and login session working. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns; this is anonymised and you can opt out via your browser's privacy controls.
5. How long we keep it
- Order records: 7 years (Indian accounting requirement).
- Address book: until you delete it from your account.
- Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe (every email has a one-click link).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to us and we'll do it within seven working days.
7. Security
Customer data is stored on encrypted servers. Payments are routed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never email you a payment link from a personal address — if you see one, please flag it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll announce it in the Tuesday Edit newsletter and post a banner on the homepage for two weeks.
